Booking

Bookings and the contract concluded with them become legally binding in Arusha. Thus the contractual regulations and the laws of the Democratic Republic of Tanzania apply.
The company reserves the right to refuse bookings in exceptional cases without giving reasons.

 

Down payment & Payment

30% deposit of the total amount must be paid by the client at the time of booking, only then will the booking be considered confirmed. This deposit forms part of the total amount to be paid for the entire trip.

If the total amount invoiced has not been paid within 4 weeks before the start of the trip, the Company reserves the right to cancel the trip and retain the deposit.
Bookings made within 4 weeks must be paid in full immediately after booking. Only after receipt of the full payment will the booking be considered confirmed.

All bank charges for payment must be paid by the client. This also includes the fees incurred by our bank. The total amount shown on the invoice must reflect on our bank account. Any unpaid differences will be invoiced and must be paid before departure.
